The Select Series of Hammer Strength by Life Fitness offers all in all 22 products and hence ideal conditions for the commercial fitness use. The rounded upholsteries offer a lot of comfort and a great sitting position. The individual adjustments can be directly done in the sitting position and the adjustable starting position offers five different starting points. Different starting points are a great feature for users of different height. Hence, everybody can take the optimal sitting position.
The cable pulls are nylon coated and provide a smooth course of motion. The provided weight block can generate a training resistance of up to 138 kg, so that really any training intensity can be realised. The adjustment of the resistance is done with a pin.
