Maximum training effect
The Iso-Lateral Bench Press of Hammer Strength offers a guided bench press of a very high level. The chest muscles can be holistically trained. Besides the chest muscles, a part of the shoulder muscles are also trained. Vertical and horizontal grip positions ensure a common bench press or sports specific movements.The individually suitable sitting height can be quickly and easily set. All in all, there are 10 different sitting heights for different heights of the user. The frame parts of the Iso-Lateral Bench have an electro-static powder coating to guarantee a maximum adherence and durability. The resistance can be adjusted by optionally available 50 mm weight plates. On the medium height of the machine, there are two holder possibilities for weight plates. So you can quickly adjust the individual training resistance.
The colour combination of upholstery and frame can be individually selected for all products of the Select Series.
